Read Trump’s unsealed tax returns
The House Ways and Means Committee has released Donald Trump's tax returns.
House tax writers released a portion of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns on Friday, despite his best efforts to keep them under wraps.
The documents, spanning 2015 to 2020, are a road map to Trump’s wealth, the performance of his business empire and how he was able to reduce his tax liability to little or nothing while reporting millions in earnings.
Trump broke a decadeslong tradition of presidential candidates and sitting presidents voluntarily disclosing their tax returns. But Democrats were determined to pry them loose and recently won a three-and-a-half-year legal battle that cleared the way for their release to the public.
