Kanye West Allegedly Drugged and Raped Woman at Diddy's Party, Reports Say
Former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta, who had previously sued the rapper for alleged stalking and sexual harassment, has updated her lawsuit.

A former employee of US musician and fashion designer Ye, previously known as Kanye West, has filed a new lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party he co-hosted with Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, according to legal documents obtained by the New York Post.

The lawsuit against West arises amid a significant Hollywood sex scandal involving Combs, a three-time Grammy award winner, who is currently facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking and is dealing with over 100 additional sexual misconduct allegations, including claims involving minors, dating back to the early 1990s.

Pisciotta’s latest allegations against Ye come after she previously claimed wrongful termination, stalking, and "serial" sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed in June.

In the updated lawsuit submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as a personal assistant for West from 2021 to 2022, alleges that she was invited to a gathering at a Santa Monica recording studio on an unspecified date.

During the party, which was co-hosted by Combs and a female music artist with whom Pisciotta was working at the time, West reportedly told attendees that they had to drink or leave the event. According to the court papers, the plaintiff “suddenly started to feel disoriented… and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state” shortly after consuming a few sips.

Pisciotta claims she could not remember the events of that night, but felt “ashamed and embarrassed” the following day. Meanwhile, her client, who remains unnamed in the documents, was reportedly “too traumatized and disturbed to speak about the night.”

The filing states that the plaintiff “could not recall and was certainly not aware that any kind of sexual assault had happened to her or her former client,” yet she was “more concerned” about potentially embarrassing herself in front of her client or West. It was not until just before West fired Pisciotta that he allegedly confessed they had “hooked up” after she was drugged.

The “wildly devastating and uncomfortable” admission supposedly came after Pisciotta offered to send a text message to a woman referred to as West’s ex-wife, likely referencing Kim Kardashian. She claims to have suggested texting the rapper’s ex to clarify that West did not cheat on her with Pisciotta, after he mentioned that Kardashian had made a negative comment about her.

These new allegations arrive four months after Pisciotta filed her initial wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. Those initial claims, which are reportedly part of the updated lawsuit, alleged that the rapper sent inappropriate texts, shared sexual fantasies, and sent her explicit photos and videos of himself engaged in sexual acts with other women.
