Trump vows to ‘find and kill’ US adversaries

President Donald Trump has authorized precision airstrikes in Somalia aimed at a senior Islamic State attack planner and other militants, as announced on his Truth Social and X accounts.

The strikes targeted locations in the Golis Mountains in Somalia's Bari region, reportedly leading to the destruction of terrorist hideouts and the deaths of several militants. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth noted that the Pentagon’s initial assessment indicated no civilian casualties resulted from the operation.
