Masked Neo-Nazis Hold March in State Capital of the US
On Saturday, a group of neo-Nazis marched through Columbus, Ohio's capital, voicing racist and anti-Semitic slogans.

Dressed in black and wearing ski masks, the men were filmed walking in the Short North neighborhood while carrying black flags emblazoned with large red swastikas. In footage shared on X, they could be heard shouting “Bow down, n****r” and “Get the f**k out my country.”

The identities of the men and their affiliations remain unknown. Some bystanders confronted the marchers and hurled insults at them, yet there were no reports of any violent confrontations.

The procession drew condemnation from Ohio politicians and Jewish organizations. Governor Mike DeWine stated, “There is no place in this state for hate, bigotry, antisemitism, or violence, and we must denounce it wherever we see it.”

In a series of posts, Connor Goodwolf indicated the need for citizens to take action against oppression, sharing his intention to release technology for tracking such groups.

“We will not allow any of our neighbors to be intimidated, threatened or harmed because of who they are, how they worship or whom they love,” the city of Columbus affirmed in a statement.

Columbus city attorney Zach Klein responded to the incident on X, declaring that the marchers should “go home and never come back.”

Lee Shapiro, the regional director of the American Jewish Committee, characterized the march as “another sad example of the bigotry that we have witnessed across the country.”

An investigation by the police has been initiated, although there is currently no information regarding any arrests.

The FBI has noted an increase in hate crimes across the United States in recent years, with a particular rise in anti-Semitic incidents following the outbreak of war in Gaza in October 2023.
