Mexico arrests general over disappearance of 43 students

Mexican Deputy Secretary for Public Security, Ricardo Mejia Berdeja, announces that an army general was arrested for his alleged responsibility in the disappearance of 43 students in September 2014, when he commanded a battalion in the municipality of Iguala.
