Media Reports: 'Six killed in mass shooting in Tel Aviv'
Police have reportedly killed the two gunmen believed responsible for the attack.

A mass shooting in Tel Aviv, Israel, late Tuesday claimed the lives of at least six people, with several others injured, including at least three critically, according to local media citing police and emergency responders.

The incident occurred in the Jaffa area, situated in the southern part of the city. Israeli police have confirmed the event, indicating they are treating it as a suspected terrorist attack.

Unverified footage indicates that at least two assailants were involved. They reportedly arrived at the location via tram and opened fire on commuters shortly after getting off. At least one attacker appeared to be armed with an M4-patterned assault rifle.

“At least two terrorists, one of whom is seen armed with an assault rifle, carried out the shooting attack in Jaffa, according to surveillance camera images.”

Both suspects were killed in a confrontation with law enforcement responding to the scene, as reported by local media. These accounts have been supported by extremely graphic, unverified footage circulating on the internet.

The shooting took place shortly before Iran launched a series of ballistic missiles targeting Tel Aviv and other locations in Israel. The scale of this missile attack appears substantial, with numerous projectiles seemingly breaching the country’s air defenses, as highlighted by several online videos.
