Various exhibition zones are highlighting groundbreaking technologies and emerging trends. With an emphasis on artificial intelligence, smart homes, and the low-altitude economy, international companies are demonstrating how these advanced technologies are becoming intricately woven into everyday life.
Several humanoid robots are making their first appearances at the event. Notable among these is Chinese robotics firm Unitree, which is introducing the G1, the nation's first mass-produced humanoid robot, equipped with 23 to 43 joint motors capable of performing complex dynamic movements. Tesla is displaying its humanoid robot featuring enhanced technology that increases upright walking speed by 30 percent.
Attention is also focused on smart living solutions. Huawei is showcasing its comprehensive HarmonyOS ecosystem, illustrating seamless interactions among users, vehicles, and homes. Its foldable Pura X phone comes with an AI-powered outer display, providing an immersive user experience.
China Mobile is featuring integrated smart life scenarios, including robotic dogs designed to assist elderly individuals living alone, as well as AI-driven home systems that monitor nine categories of abnormal behavior. Additionally, the company is unveiling a new product co-developed with DeepSeek under its Mobile Cloud platform.
For the first time, the expo includes a dedicated exhibition zone for the low-altitude economy. Industry leaders such as EHang, United Aircraft, and XPeng Huitian are presenting several new certified products, including drones, electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft, and flying cars. The exhibits encompass vital elements of the industry chain, from manufacturing to 3D traffic management systems and flight training.
This year's CICPE further enriches the visitor experience with tech-driven displays of brain-computer interfaces, exoskeletons, and sleep-assistance technology aimed at elderly care. The event will continue until April 18.
