Website Claiming to Expose Tesla Owners Actually Targets DOGE Critics
An interactive map that reportedly exposes personal information about Tesla drivers has emerged, sparking controversy among critics of Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla. Musk is also heading the contentious Department of Government Efficiency under President Donald Trump.

The map, titled DOGEQUEST, claims to display addresses and other sensitive details related to Tesla vehicles. It seems to contain private information on Tesla owners and properties associated with employees of DOGE.

According to the website's description, it is intended not for those who “hunt for a Tesla to unleash your artistic flair with a spray can,” but as “the ultimate hub” for DOGE fans. Despite its purported non-violent intentions, the site uses a Molotov cocktail as its cursor and requires Tesla owners seeking removal from the database to prove that they have sold their vehicles.

Recent reports from various news outlets, including 404 Media, have drawn attention to the existence of this map, verifying that certain records of private individuals might indeed be legitimate.

Tesla has become a significant target for backlash against DOGE initiatives, with multiple protests reported outside dealerships in recent weeks, as well as incidents of vandalism aimed at the vehicles.

In a Fox News interview on Tuesday, Musk expressed his astonishment regarding the situation, labeling it “crazy.” He further remarked, “The Democrats were supposed to be the party of empathy, the party of caring. And yet they are burning down cars, they are firebombing dealerships, firing bullets into dealerships, smashing up Teslas. There is some kind of a mental illness thing going on here, because this does not make any sense.”

US Attorney General Pam Bondi has referred to the anti-Tesla violence as “nothing short of domestic terrorism” and has promised to investigate both those responsible for the acts and the organizers behind them.
