Musk intensifies criticism of British PM concerning the "mass-rape scandal"
The US-based tech billionaire has labeled Keir Starmer a “national embarrassment” and insisted he “must go.”

On Sunday, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk intensified his criticism of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, targeting his management of the grooming-gangs scandal through a series of posts on the social platform X.

In one of his posts, Musk referenced reports claiming that the Home Office had allegedly advised police forces back in 2008 not to investigate the sexual exploitation of underage girls because they reportedly made “informed choices” despite being below the legal age of consent. Musk expressed his disapproval by stating, “Starmer must go. He is [a] national embarrassment.”

Additionally, he ridiculed the anticipated response from Starmer regarding Musk's accusations, which is set to be released on Monday, saying, “Prepare for some epic cringe.”

Over the past thirty years, gangs across the UK, primarily consisting of men of Pakistani origin, have been involved in the systematic rape and torture of vulnerable girls. Multiple independent inquiries have highlighted systemic failures in investigating these crimes. Reports published in 2013, 2014, and 2015 indicated that local politicians and police chose to cover up the rapes partly out of fear that prosecuting the perpetrators would be perceived as “racist.”

Earlier in the week, Musk had already criticized Starmer for not adequately addressing the grooming-gangs crisis or thoroughly investigating numerous assaults on underage girls during Starmer's tenure as head of the UK's Crown Prosecution Service from 2008 to 2013. Musk described the grooming gangs as a “state-sponsored evil,” asserting that Starmer was “complicit in the RAPE OF BRITAIN” and urging him not only to resign but also to face criminal charges.

Musk has also engaged with British media and political figures regarding the “rape gangs” and other related matters. He reiterated his call for the release of right-wing activist Tommy Robinson, who is imprisoned in England for contempt of court. The billionaire sharply criticized the media's portrayal of his comments, claiming they were complicit in covering up the “rape gangs” issue as well.

He stated, “This is the same media that hid the fact that a quarter million little girls were – still are – being systematically raped by migrant gangs in Britain. They are beneath contempt. Despicable human beings.”

The situation with Robinson has created tension between Musk and Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform UK party, whom Musk had previously referred to as the “only hope” for Britain. After Farage declined to support Musk's position on Robinson, the billionaire urged the party to remove its leader.
