President Trump recently asserted that the nation holds weapons “nobody has any idea” about.
White House innovation czar Michael Kratsios stated that the US has technology capable of “manipulating” and “bending time and space.” He made this assertion during his speech at the Endless Frontiers Retreat in Austin, Texas, shortly after his confirmation as the director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
Kratsios highlighted President Donald Trump’s vision of initiating a new “golden age of America,” which focuses on promoting scientific research and harnessing advanced technologies. He believes that the United States can establish itself as a global leader by making “smart choices” regarding public funding and easing regulations on innovation.
“Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity,” he said, though he did not provide further details. Later in his address, Kratsios stressed that overcoming the “sclerosis of the state” would allow Americans to achieve “scientific discoveries that will bend time and space, make more with less, and drive us further into the endless frontier.”
Trump recently referred to undisclosed advanced technologies. Last week, he suggested that China might be reluctant to worsen trade tensions with the US due in part to the covert weapons in America's arsenal.
“We have weaponry that nobody has any idea what it is, and it is the most powerful weapons in the world that we have. More powerful than anybody even, not even close,” he stated to reporters in the Oval Office.
In March, Trump announced the development of a sixth-generation fighter jet, describing it as “the most lethal aircraft ever built.” He noted that Boeing was awarded the contract for this project.
