Musk Evokes Star Wars Amid Concerns of WWIII
Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has expressed concern regarding the increased tension in the Ukraine conflict following comments from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Putin had issued a stern warning to NATO concerning the use of long-range weapons provided to Ukraine by the alliance.

In a recent announcement, Putin elaborated that Ukraine's use of such weapons would rely on satellite data and guidance from NATO experts, allowing strikes deep within Russian territory. "Any such attacks will mean that NATO nations, the US and European countries, are at war with Russia," he warned.

Reacting to Putin's statements shared in a video by the X account Wall Street Silver, Musk ominously noted, “I have a bad feeling about this,” referencing a line from the popular Star Wars saga.

Ukraine has been vocal about its desire to employ long-range Western arms to target key locations inside Russia, arguing that restrictions on these capabilities have hampered their military effectiveness.

In discussions aimed at potentially easing these restrictions, UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer is scheduled to meet with US President Joe Biden in Washington on Friday.

This dialogue follows visits to Kiev by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his UK counterpart, David Lammy. Both nations have previously supplied Ukraine with long-range weaponry used against targets within areas claimed by Kiev, though not within Russia's internationally recognized borders.

The comments made by Putin also implicated Biden and US Vice President Kamala Harris, potentially holding them responsible should a global conflict erupt.

In related political affiliations, Musk has shown his support for Republican candidate Donald Trump, who has consistently criticized his adversaries for their foreign policy decisions, which he claims could lead the world to nuclear conflict.
